Hotel Havana is a series of photographs taken in and around hotels which were built, owned, or operated by the American Mafia before the Cuban Revolution. The photographs are accompanied by historical text, the result of my research while studying in Havana in the spring of 2019. Hotel Havana takes the form of a website in the shape of an elevator, which can be viewed on a laptop or desktop at the link above.
